The Role

As a Physician Assistant at Iron Mountain, you will be a trusted clinical partner , not just a task-doer. You’ll evaluate patients, develop thoughtful treatment plans, and help patients feel truly understood.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient evaluations and follow-ups
• Educating patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and expectations
• Assisting in procedures and injections as appropriate
• Collaborating closely with the physician on clinical decision-making
• Maintaining clear, high-quality documentation
• Contributing to a calm, professional, patient-centered clinic flow

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
